We refuse to be another faceless recruitment company. We believe a job description is just the starting point for a role, and it’s our job to read between the lines. The only way we can do that is by meeting people. So if we think you’re right for a role, we’ll always ask to meet you personally before taking it any further. It’s this small investment of time and effort in the beginning of the process that can make all the difference in the long run.
