2. Assessing Candidates
How do we recognise a seriously switched-on candidate from a not-so-hot one? It all comes down to our assessment skills. We carefully screen every application we receive, and follow up with a quick telephone interview if they’re interesting. For those who manage to impress us, we arrange to meet face-to-face, or carry out an in-depth telephone interview. At the end, if we’re still wholly confident in our candidate, we know our client will be too.
3. Managing the Process
