I needed to fill a specialist role with our business to drive continued growth within the public sector outsourcing market place.

I had been impressed by a more junior candidate that Coburg Banks had previously placed into our organisation so when I went to them with a brief for a more strategic role I was hopeful that they would be able to identify suitable candidates for me in this challenging and very specialist role.

The appointed consultant was attentive and honest in his approach and was able to provide me with a number of candidates.
