One of the UK’s leading media intelligence companies are currently looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller. Established for 13 years, the company provide media monitoring, analysis and evaluation services to clients within the City, corporate and the PR sectors.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a dynamic market-leading company. Reporting to the Credit & Billing Manager, your key responsibilities as Credit Controller would be the following:

- Ensuring the timely collection of Invoiced revenue.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers & internal departments.
- Handling client queries in a prompt & professional manner.
- Monitoring the aged debt analysis to identify overdue accounts.
- Ad-hoc projects in relation to the sales ledger.

The ideal candidate for the position will be educated to at least A Level standard, with at least 2-3 years experience in previous credit control positions. You will be a good communicator with a confident telephone manner, as well as good MS Office skills (Word, Excel). You will be an organised and self-motivated individual, able to work well on your own as well as part of a team. Ideally you will have experience in the Media industry, however this is not essential.
