A leading global biogas company are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to help enforce their international market position in Great Britain. Headquartered in Germany, the company cover the entire value chain for the production of biogas - including the planning and turnkey construction of biogas plants as well as their commissioning. They also provide the biological and technical service and offer full plant and operating management.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a truly global business in a role of real importance. As Site Manager you would be responsible for managing the construction of biogas plants, controlling the building process, arranging a smooth construction sequence, striving to successfully realise what can often be challenging projects. You will support the Project Manager in achieving targets, meeting the scheduling and financial goals of each individual project.

The ideal candidate for the position will hold a degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering) and will have significant experience in the field of engineering and/or renewable energy. You must have detailed knowledge of engineering procedures and operating practices as well as advanced knowledge in construction management. You will be a good communicator with good language skills. Additional languages are welcome, with German being particularly advantageous. You will be a structured, organised and self-motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. A willingness to travel will also be necessary in applicants.
