A leading international provider of public sector services is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their Bristol office.

The company’s service delivery, advisory and technology solutions help improve the quality and effectiveness of education, health and government services across the UK. You would be joining a market-leading business at a fantastic time in their development.

Reporting to the Lead HR Business Partner, your role would be to help shape and drive the people agenda at a senior level in order to deliver people solutions that meet business goals. You would have a particular focus on talent management, succession planning and resourcing, and would undertake training needs analysis in order to develop and deliver development programmes that help people realise their potential within the business.

You would work as part of the HR Team in helping develop, maintain and implement the Human Resource Strategy in support of the company’s mission, objectives and values.

The ideal candidate for the role must be degree educated and fully CIPD qualified, with a good level of HR generalist experience within an HR function. You will have experience of working in a multi site environment with a dispersed management team, and will have an excellent working knowledge of current employment legislation. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build and maintain key business relationships, and will have a strong commercial awareness.

Regular travel and overnight stays will be required in the role.
