Location: Hemel Hempstead
We’re looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to cover the EMEAR region for a well known global digital imaging brand.
This role requires a candidate who has extensive experience in the HR field with specific experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits across the design, communication and implementation of new systems on an EMEAR-wide basis.
The structure of the department means that you will be working closely with the EMEAR HR Managers and directly report to the HR Director. You will be a self starter, pro-active working on an independent basis.
You will have extensive reward experience and will be responsible for:
- Salary & ad-hoc reviews, including job evaluation and benchmarking
- Salary surveys EMEAR wide
- Rewards analysis across all countries EMEAR wide
- Developing reward processes in line with best practice
- Advise on strategy to bring processes in line with both market standards and business needs with communication being a key focus.
Analytical, articulate and able to hit the ground running, the ideal candidate will have solid experience in a large HR environment and an interest in challenging themselves and those around them.
