Branch Manager - Domiciliary Care

Located: Shewsbury

£25 basic

With real belief in making the care of others a priority, this ambitious domiciliary care provider seeks an experienced branch manager to further the development of their Shewsbury branch.

Responsible for the management of all care staff, your responsibility will be to ensure that the care standards promised on the contract are delivered and expectations exceeded where possible. Tasks would include

- Taking responsibility for improving the care given to the service users
- Dealing with all complaints in a structured and effective manner
- Working as part of the management team to develop a strategy that will increase services, hours and locations for the company.
- Offering the best level of customer support to the local council
- Ensuring CQC standards are maintained and improved
- Take responsibility for the financial performance of the branch

It is likely that you will have previous domiciliary care experience, but most important is your leadership, management and customer care ability within a caring environment. You would also need a minimum of NVQ level 4 or RMA.
