We’re looking for a Treasury Business Analyst to work in the Finance department for one of the UK’s leading mobile telecommunications companies. They are one of the fastest growing private companies in the UK, and this is your chance to join them in their new offices in Central London.

Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will be primarily responsible for analysing financial and key performance information necessary to produce management reports related to key treasury metrics. Within the role you’ll provide in-depth and comprehensive analysis to give a clear understanding of business performance to key stakeholders. You’ll review trends, challenge financials and identify roadmaps to ensure the company maintains a competitive advantage while adding shareholder value.

In addition you’ll create and maintain business models to clearly show a range of commercial and financial information, analysing cashflows for all mobile products and tariffs along the way. Your results will help you advise the senior management team on the feasibility and cash impacts of proposed market offerings, and advising on the structure of deals to assist in generating additional profits for the company.

We’re looking for someone who has relevant treasury experience who also has an MBA or has qualified as an accountant. It’s absolutely essential that you have strong financial and business analysis skills, modelling abilities, and treasury experience while possessing an excellent demonstrable track record of influencing at senior level in matrix organisations. Ideally you will be someone with an exceptional commercial acumen and able to rationalise problems and identify creative solutions.

Ideally, you will have a clear understanding of the telecoms market, with an emphasis on the mobile industry. In addition you will have previous experience of working in a high pressure, fast paced extremely demanding organisation, preferably with experience of a private organisation possibly within the private equity industry.
