Location: London

We’re looking for Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisors for new roles in one of the UK’s leading mobile telecommunications companies. The company is one of the fastest growing private companies in the UK. This is your chance to join them in their call centre in Central London, which is their hub for all European enquiries.

Dealing with inbound calls, you will talk with new and existing Dutch customers about any queries they may have. You’ll be responsible for providing a high quality service, using clear written and verbal communication. You will have a lot of support and training to ensure that you exceed customer service expectations.

Your job is to provide customers with a great experience, leave them feeling special and valued, and most importantly make a positive difference.

It is absolutely essential that you are fluent in Dutch – please do not apply if you are not. You will also have prior experience of working in a Customer Service role, ideally in a call centre environment.

You’ll be a patient, confident and articulate communicator, with the drive and motivation to succeed and achieve in your career. You’ll have demonstrable experience in planning and organising, and you will be able to effectively communicate and relate to customers and colleagues alike. It goes without saying that you will be an excellent team player.
