A leading international provider of public sector services is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to help grow the Employability and Skills part of the business.

The company’s service delivery, advisory and technology solutions help improve the quality and effectiveness of education, health and government services across the UK. You would be joining a market-leading business at a fantastic time in their development.

As Sales Manager you would be responsible for the growth of the E&S business through sales of workforce development and employability products and services. You would be tasked with increasing revenue by developing existing and new client accounts in the UK and internationally. You will identify market opportunities based on sound research, sector knowledge, and understanding of current market drivers, and shape and create propositions and proposals to identified prospects. You will be expected to meet and exceed agreed annual sales objectives and targets.

The ideal candidate for the role will be an accomplished Sales Manager with experience selling to the public, private and not for profit sectors. You will have a proven track record of revenue growth, and will be a strong negotiator with effective closing skills, plus the ability to operate effectively at Senior Director / CEO level.

You will be highly articulate with excellent communication skills, highly organised, and able to work effectively on your own and as part of a team.
