Field Care Supervisor

We have a brand new role working with a locally based domiciliary care provider within the Dorchester area. You will work in conjunction with and report to the Domiciliary Care Manager / Assistant Manager. Your responsibility is to ensure high quality care for adults and children with learning disabilities. You will work as part of an established team and ideally have your NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care, or willing to undertake this qualification. This role will involve working Monday to Friday and you must also be flexible to work weekends along with taking part in the on call rota.
