Director of Business Development – Home Care Services

Director of Business Development Services within Domiciliary Care/Home Care.

Salary: £50000 to £60000 plus bonus and benefits.

Location: Based within the South Region, but will be traveling throughout the UK.

The Position:

You will be working for one of the UKs largest Home Care Services providing care in the community, your role as business development director will be to lead the team of business development managers for the UK, directing the team to develop each branches existing business. Bringing in new business and nurturing existing.

You must be highly skilled within the development of a social care sector knowing your service is a necessity as you will be guiding and informing new clients of the service that the Home Care Provider offer.

You will be managing the tendering process, supporting managers in the presentation and propsal process, networking within the Home Care sector, attending various events to promote the service, managing marketing and directing trade shows.

You will need experience within the sector or social care, preferably Home Care and also proven experience within Business development, You must be prepared to travel and hold a clean driving licence.

The Company:

A national care provider of care in the home. Specialise in working with customers and their families that require social care in their own homes.

You will be offered a fantastic package of anything around £50000 to £60000 plus bonus structure and benefits – Car, Laptop, Mobile phone.
