I am recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established company who provide supported living services to adults with learning disabilities.

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of registered care homes supporting 40 plus service users. The successful candidate will also become heavily involved with the implementation of a new service which is due to open later this year. Along with a competitive basic salary you will be entitled to enhancements for ‘on call’ duties, contributory pension scheme, 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and excellent in house training.

Care Manager Domiciliary Care

Home Care Manager – Domiciliary Care Manager, Branch Manager, Registered Manager

Location: Nottingham

Salary – £25000 to £30000 plus Benefits and Bonus

The Role:
You as care manager will be responsible for managing a brand new home care service based in the Hastings area, You will manage all care staff and office staff providing the home care service ensuring high standards of care is given to clients in their own home. You will effectively increase the business within the area and also manage existing relationships. You will have been in a similar role previous or be ready to take the next step as a care manager but experience is preferable and have all care qualifications and good knowledge of CQC with a unblemished background.

The Person:
You will hold a care qualification NVQ Level 4 in Care or above and RMA or similar, you must have the experience of a branch manager/care manager and run a similar type of home care service, you must have a clean DBS and hold full UK driving licence

CAD Technician (Joinery)

An established joinery company seeks to recruit a CAD Technician to work in their Design Team in East Sussex. The role as a CAD Technician is tasked with using AUTOCAD software in a design and coordination office. They will produce working fabrication drawings for approval in accordance with a design brief and specification. They will make sure site conditions and coordination with other trades are taken into account when producing designs. They will produce drawings with full integration within the CAD/CAM factory production facilities. Salary £30,000 per annum
