Location: Covering the North East Region of the country.
Salary: £28000 to £32000 plus benefits
You will be working as a regional manager for one of the Largest Supported Living Service providers within the North of the Country offering placements for adults and children who have some form of Learning disabilities.
You will effectively manage sites across the North East region looking at around 10 services, managing the managers of units and also providing support and development to each service.
You must have vast knowledge of the learning disabilities sector and have been within a management role within the social care sector.
Providing Leadership and operational management, advice and quality gaudeance all in line with the companies vision.
You will need to have a management qualification within care, NVQ level 4 or 5 or may hold a nursing qualification RNLD preferable.

Quality Care Manager
Location: Covering the East Side of the UK
Salary: £30000 – Plus expenses
Your role as a Quality Care Manager will be to work along side the Home Care Branches throughout the East side of the UK you will provide quality care management, compliance, completing audits and compiling reports to help each home care branch develop and reach to their full potential by delivering the highest quality of care.
You must have been in a home care sector post previously management and quality compliance experience is vital, you will hold a care management qualification and be used to traveling.
You will be working for one of that largest and most well estanlished home care providers within the UK.

Business Development Manager – Home Care, Social Care, Domiciliary Care
Location: North of the UK – Covering from Manchester all the way up into Scotland.
Salary: £40,000 plus bonus potential of up to 6k – Package also includes company car laptop and mobile phone.
Your role as a Business Development Manager will be to travel throughout the North of the country to various Domiciliary Care Services trouble shooting and developing each branch to provide a better quality service provided to the customers within the community.
You must have previous experience of working within the home care sector at management level and have proved experience of developing branches and bringing in new business.
You will be working for one of the largest home care service providers withing the UK. You must have knowledge of a similar role and hold a management qualification within the care sector.
