I am recruiting for a Registered Care Manager, working within a Children’s Residential setting. Your main responsibility will be to ensure outstanding care, development of staff and that relevant training is delivered and recorded. These children have some very severe challenging behavioural difficulties so experience in complex needs is essential .
* 5 years children’s residential experience and minimum of 2 years as a manager in this setting
* Qualified to NVQ level 4/5 and Children and Young People or equivalent or RMA
* Experience in dealing with emotional and physical complex behavioural difficulties
* Maintaining all company records and reports and audits
* Offering excellent support for staff

£19, 250, – £22,750 dependent on experience
I’m currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager post for a small children’s home in the Wrexham area. You’ll be an experienced leader of staff and you must have worked in a Children’s residential home before supporting young people with challenging behaviour / EBD.
I am currently looking for a Team Leader, Care Supervisor or Deputy Manager looking to step into Branch Manager’s role. This is a great opportunity to take on a small but growing branch and develop into a Registered Manager’s role. Full training and support will be provided as well as the opportunity to undertake the QCF level 5 qualification. The starting salary for this post will be £17,000 – £19,000 although this will increase significantly once the provision is built up and registration with CQC is undertaken.
