Talk me through the role…
The 1st/2nd Line Support team you will be joining receive multiple support tickets from various companies and sectors so you will be very quickly exposed to a wide range of technology and sectors. After roughly 12 months you will be a strong 2nd/3rd Line Support engineer working towards either a Field Infrastructure Engineer or 3rd Line Support working on various 3rd Line projects.

Am I right for the role?
- At least 1-2 years experience in a 1st Line Support position on an IT Helpdesk
- Some experience working within an MSP will be an advantage
- Driven to progress and develop your IT Career
- Desire to acquire qualifications to better your technical ability
