The Role

You will own service desk tickets and see them through to completion, taking personal responsibility for resolving problems and ensuring that their customers are informed at all stages of the process and are satisfied with the outcome.

You will prove IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems as well as support of disaster recovery solutions.

You will provide technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security as well as remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Remote Desktop Services.

Key Experience Required

We would expect you to have at least two year’s experience in a second line support role for a Managed Service Provider.

You will have good all round experience in Office 365, Active Directory, MS Exchange, networking and PC builds.
