Position: 2nd Line Support Analyst
Location: Ripley, Derbyshire
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000

We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to join a large organisation based in a great location in Ripley, Derbyshire. This role is perfect for someone with solid 2nd Line experience who is looking to step up to Service Desk Manager or Support Team Manager in the near future. This role also demands someone with real enthusiasm and the desire to succeed. You will be proactive in your approach and will seek issues rather than reacting to them or waiting for them to happen.
You will be an enthusiastic, motivated and skilled 2nd Line Engineer with good experience of providing support via phone, email and face-to-face.
You will have a wide and varied technical skillset, with particular strengths & experience in; Windows 7, RDP, AD, MS Exchange, Hyper-V, Citrix, Server 2000,2003,2008,2012, Exchange 2007, remote access and terminal services.
You will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Microsoft Operating Systems
- Server 200/ 2003/ 2008/ 2012
- Exchange 2007
- Active Directory
- Remote Access and Terminal Services and RDP
Any Qualification in the Microsoft suite of products / ITIL would be beneficial.
