Job Title: 3rd Line IT Support
Location: Telford, Shropshire
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000

Excellent opportunity to join a well-respected specialist IT Services company based in smart offices in Telford with a highly successful UK presence and a reputation for an excellent quality of service.
You will own service desk tickets and see them through to completion, taking personal responsibility for resolving problems and ensuring that their customers are informed at all stages of the process and are satisfied with the outcome.
You will work closely with the 2nd line support technicians by offering coaching and support and providing feedback to them.
You will support a range of technologies including: VMWare, Cisco, Firewalls, MS Server, SQL Server and Linux
You will love everything to do with IT and how it works as you will be expected to understand a myriad of different infrastructure set-ups with multiple clients.
The role will develop as the company grows as they are experiencing a fast pace of expansion at the moment equating to 30% year on year.
Key Experience Required
You will have experience of 3rd line support ideally but not necessarily within an IT services environment.
You will have a competence and thorough knowledge of MS Server, VMWare and Cisco
and you will be looking for a role where you can get really technically involved with clients.
You will also either have or be willing to work towards the following qualifications: VCP, CCNA and MCSA or MCSE.
