The largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions, specialist coffee services and F&B solutions, are currently looking to hire a high-achieving Account Executives, supporting the retention and growth of small client accounts across the Northeast.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team with great promise, with a strong ethos on rewarding success through bonuses, sales initiatives, sales events. Basic up to £28k, realistic OTE Year 1 £48k, higher beyond that.

The Role
You’d be joining a mostly remote-based, focussed team who are all individually driven to push the boundaries and over-achieve. The Remote Sales Team look after and grow accounts ranging from £1k to £20k in turnover, managing a portfolio of 500 clients on average. Targets will include 15 – 20 formal client appointments per week made up of a combination of generic account reviews and others opportunity to upsell) – you can anticipate 100 calls per week to existing clients to reach these targets.

You’ll strategically ‘run your own business’ as you see fit, managing all of your clients remotely using modern technology, with a handful of client site visits each quarter to retain that personal touch. The role will involve a combination of Account Development/ Account Management, with core objectives retaining existing clients, growing the size of accounts – cross-selling and optimising, and renewal of contracts plus tap into the wider product portfolio.

The potential of the accounts you’ll be managing is completed untapped and not currently optimized this is a great opportunity to grow a portfolio currently worth £1m – £1.5m per year. Targets will be in the region of 10% – 20% growth year-on-year which should be easily achievable.

The Candidate
– Career stability and proven B2B sales experience, with a solution selling approach
– Accustomed to a high volume of client calls/meetings and be highly self-motivated to meet stretching targets
– A naturally consultative and collaborative relationship builder
– A high-achieving account executive/salesperson with previous significant overachievement of targets/KPIs (we’ll need proof!)
– Strategic, innovative, self-motivated and with a tenacious and upbeat attitude

The Package
Basic salary: Excellent package up to £28k basic salary + £4.8k car allowance + excellent commission structure – realistic OTE Year 1 £48k. Top earners within sales genuinely earn circa £100k per year.
