We’re looking for a talented Account Manager to work for our client. As one of the UK’s leading property management companies they provide a unique service to landlords throughout the London area.

To further their expansion, they now want to recruit someone with a real drive to deliver an exceptional client experience and further enhance relationships.

The Role:
Based in the company’s North London office, as the Account Manager you will be responsible for growing the business with landlords by providing exceptional customer service. You will be organising meetings with clients and prospective clients as well as attending regular networking events.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

  • Maintaining client accounts and updating the CRM system accordingly.
  • Negotiating and closing property deals with existing clients
  • Creating and closing new business opportunities with potential new landlords

    The Candidate:
    The ideal candidate for this Account Manager role will have a proven track record of exceeding company targets. Ideally you will have a background in organising and attending client meetings both over the phone, in person and via internet link.
    It will also be beneficial if you’ve got experience of building a client pipeline via LinkedIn and the use of other social media platforms.

    In addition, you’ll need the following:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A real drive to exceed company targets
  • Excellent organisational skills

    The Package:
    Basic salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
    Bonus: A personal bonus is also available if you hit your targets – full details of the scheme will be revealed on application
