As one of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies we are currently looking to recruit an Administration Assistant at our Crawley office. Your role would entail providing a high standard of administrative and organisational support to the EAs as well as the office as a whole, ensuring all work is produced in an accurate and timely manner and to a consistently high standard.
You would assist with extensive diary management, travel arrangements and events, typing up letters, as well as other correspondence as required, screen telephone calls, as well as processing expenses. You will also be expected to handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required, including distributing post and scanning and photocopying documents.
