Administration Assistant

Based in Leeds

£16k to £17k basic + Excellent Benefits

As one of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies we are currently looking to recruit an Administration Assistant at our Leeds office. Your role would entail providing a high standard of administrative and support to Restructuring and Recovery team, ensuring all work is produced in an accurate and timely manner and to a consistently high standard.

Your role would entail primarily supporting the insolvency case administrators, the cashiering team and the National Business Development Manager with a range of administrative and support tasks including file maintenance, production of documents, distribution of mailshots, updating the database, preparation of monthly and quarterly reconciliations, liaison with banks and day to day update of clients accounts. You will also be responsible for event organisation and attendance and the design of marketing material.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to manage your time and workload efficiently and effectively, working to deadline under supervision
  • Confident, builds rapport with peers internally and externally
  • Strong IT skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc, plus excellent typing skills
  • English Grade A-C ideally
