Administrative Assistant
Based in Central London

One of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies is currently looking to recruit a well organised and professional Administrator to join the Audit team of their London office.

Your role would entail providing a high standard of administrative support to the team to ensure that a high quality of service is received both internally and externally at all time and that all work is produced in an accurate and timely manner and to a consistently high standard.

Key tasks will include typing up general correspondence on behalf of colleagues – letters, memos, accounts, reports etc; diary management – booking meeting rooms, arranging travel, organising training sessions etc; plus helping ensure all Accounts and Audit tasks are administered accurately and efficiently.

As an integral member of the admin team you will also support the Senior Secretaries and Executive Assistants with their workload as required.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and supremely well organised Administrator / Admin Assistant with significant experience providing high quality client administrative support within a large national firm, ideally professional services.

You will require audio typing skills and must have a copy typing speed in excess of 50 wpm. You will be able to demonstrate effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload appropriately, plus an excellent eye for detail and a methodical and professional approach. You will be a strong communicator with good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
