As one of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies we are currently looking to recruit a well organised and professional Administrative Assistant at our Guildford office. You would be responsible for filing client paperwork in an accurate and timely manner and to a consistently high standard.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:
o Processing daily filing for current clients ensuring each client file is kept up to date and stored effectively
o Setting up of new clients files when required
o Archiving and retrieving old client files ensuring accuracy of labelling and arranging for delivery and collection
o Undertaking of regular audits of the filing range to ensure it remains current.
o Providing front of house support, answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, booking meeting rooms etc
The ideal candidate for the role will have some experience managing a filing system in a fast-paced office environment, this is essential. You will have excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy alongside an ability to manage a varied workload and work efficiently and effectively under pressure and to deadline. You will also need to be capable of working on your own initiative in an unsupervised manner whilst remaining an integral part of a team matrix.
With over 3500 staff plus Partners across 35 offices generating a fee income of over £300 million, you would be joining one of the 3 principal mid-market accountancy firms at a particularly exciting time.
