One of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies is currently looking to recruit a well organised and professional Administrator at their Leeds office. Your role would entail providing a high standard of administrative and front of house support, dealing with visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner as well as ensuring all work is produced in an accurate and timely manner and to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities will include opening, logging and distributing post plus photocopying, scanning and filing documents when required, as well as assisting the Marketing team when preparing for events.
When providing reception cover you would be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service and ensuring the appropriate impression is given to all callers and visitors to the office. You will be responsible for the switchboard, meeting and greeting clients on their arrival, and ensuring that the reception area and meeting rooms are consistently maintained to a high standard.
The ideal candidate for the role will be an enthusiastic team worker with previous office junior/admin/reception experience looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic market leading firm. You will have experience providing support within large corporate environments, ideally with large professional services or accountancy firms. You will require excellent typing and word processing skills.
You will be a courteous, enthusiastic and well organised individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Excellent IT ability will be required, with good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). You will have strong time management skills, able to manage a varied workload and work efficiently and effectively under pressure and to deadline.
With almost 3500 partners and staff across 35 offices generating a fee income of over £300 million, you would be joining one of the 3 principal mid-market accountancy firms at a particularly exciting time.
