One of the most progressive and entrepreneurial professional services firms in the UK today are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant at their Leeds office. As part of the Personal Insolvency team, your role would entail providing a high standard of administrative support, predominantly on bankruptcy appointments, ensuring all work is produced in an accurate and timely manner and to a consistently high standard.
You will be tasked with drafting creditors’ reports, preparing and merging standard letters, plus maintaining a correspondence diary system and producing reminder letters. You will also be expected to carry out other ad hoc duties as and when required, including photocopying, scanning and filing documents, as well as dealing with incoming calls, regularly liaising with solicitors and professional agents.

The ideal candidate for the role will be able to demonstrate excellent client awareness and service including good telephone skills, be able to use their own initiative to accomplish tasks in a timely and efficient manner, be able to work cooperatively as part of a team, have excellent attention to detail as well as being results focused and possess good typing and word processing skills. Some experience or knowledge of insolvency/bankruptcies would be an advantage however is not essential.
You will be a courteous, enthusiastic and well organised individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Excellent IT ability will be required, with good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). You will have strong time management skills, able to manage a varied workload and work efficiently and effectively under pressure and to deadline.
