One of the most progressive and entrepreneurial professional services firms in the UK today are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant at their Leeds office. Reporting to an Associate Director, your role would entail providing a high standard of administrative support within the company’s Restructuring & Recovery department, ensuring all work is produced in an accurate and timely manner and to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities will include…
– Organising client documents, distributing mailshots, and producing documents
– Supporting the Cashiering team, including preparing bank reconciliations
– Providing marketing assistance, which would involve event organisation as well as the design of marketing material
– Ad hoc tasks photocopying, scanning and filing documents, as well as dealing with incoming calls
The ideal candidate for the role will be able to demonstrate excellent client awareness and service including good telephone skills, be able to use their own initiative to accomplish tasks in a timely and efficient manner, be able to work cooperatively as part of a team, have excellent attention to detail as well as being results focused and possess good typing and word processing skills.
You will be a courteous, enthusiastic and well organised individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Excellent IT ability will be required, with good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
