One of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies is currently looking to recruit a well organised and professional Administrator at their Milton Keynes office. Your role would entail providing a high standard of administrative support within the Global Compliance team, ensuring all work is produced in an accurate and timely manner and to a consistently high standard.
You would play a key role as part of a small team of managers and Administrative Executives, responsible for monitoring the delivery of outsourcing contracts to clients across the world. Key responsibilities will include…
– Daily monitoring of all allocated engagements on the firm’s Global Tracker tool and instigating follow up actions where necessary
– Preparing Key Performance Indicator reports and other materials required for client meetings
– Liaising with and reporting to the manager or senior manager with responsibility for day to day management of the client relationship
– Liaising with corresponding teams in the firm’s Kansas City centre
The ideal candidate for the role will be able to demonstrate excellent client awareness and service including good telephone skills, be able to use their own initiative to accomplish tasks in a timely and efficient manner, be able to work cooperatively as part of a team, have excellent attention to detail as well as being results focused and possess good typing and word processing skills. Language skills would also be an advantage although not essential.
You will be a courteous, enthusiastic and well organised individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Excellent IT ability will be required, with good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
