We’re looking for a determined and driven individual with a burning desire to help support a growing business, ideally with experience of running the administration function of an SME, ideally in the recruitment sector, to join our client in the position of PA / Office Manager.

The Role:
Reporting to the Director and based in the company’s Birmingham office, as the PA / Office Manager you will be primarily responsible for running the back office side of the business.

Specifically in the job, you will be responsible for:
– Taking responsibility for the reception area and all that entails
– Looking after the facilities management side of the business
– Overseeing basic financial tasks – invoicing, ledgers, petty cash etc
– Managing and developing a small team of people

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the PA / Office Manager role will have demonstrable, relevant experience of running the administration function of an SME, ideally in the recruitment sector.

In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following:
– Experience managing the administration function of a business
– Exposure to basic financial management
– Experience managing or supervising people
