The Role:
As the PA / Office Manager you will be primarily responsible for running the back office side of the business.

Specific responsibilities include:
– Taking responsibility for the reception area and all that entails
– Looking after the facilities management side of the business
– Overseeing basic financial tasks – invoicing, ledgers, petty cash etc
– Managing and developing a small team of people

You will be based in the company’s Birmingham office and will report directly to the Director.

The Candidate:
To be considered for the PA / Office Manager role, you will ideally possess direct experience of running the administration function of an SME, ideally in the recruitment sector.

In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following:
– Experience managing the administration function of a business
– Exposure to basic financial management
– Experience managing or supervising people

Ultimately, you could be a great fit for this role if you can prove that you are capable of managing a number of business areas to tight deadlines.

The Package:
The basic salary for the PA / Office Manager position is up to £25000 per annum for the perfect candidate.
