In the role, you will be tasked with running the back office side of the business for a dynamic and energetic recruitment agency that’s at the forefront of the sector.
Based in the company’s Birmingham office, you’ll report to the Director and you’ll be responsible for the following:
– Taking responsibility for the reception area and all that entails
– Looking after the facilities management side of the business
– Overseeing basic financial tasks – invoicing, ledgers, petty cash etc
– Managing and developing a small team of people
