We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a new domiciliary care branch opening in the Redhill area. You will be working for a large, corporate organisation who have a reputation for providing quality care. The position comes with a competitive salary and excellent support

The position
The role is based in a new domiciliary care branch which offers home based support services in the Redhill region. The Administrator plays an integral part in the branch to ensure that all back office operations are completed. Main duties will include:

  • Administration and secretarial support
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Supporting branch manager with recruitment
  • Ensuring field based staff are fully compliant
  • Chairing and attending meetings
  • Assisting the Branch Manager with various tasks

The person:
You will be an experienced Administrator with excellent communication skills. You will have good IT skills and be able to work using your own initiative with minimal supervision. Ideally you will have understanding of the care sector and the need for compliance, quality and confidentiality.
