One of the most progressive and entrepreneurial professional services firms in the UK today are currently recruiting for Administrators at their Southampton office. Your role would entail providing a high standard of administrative support within the company’s Restructuring & Recovery department, ensuring all corporate insolvency work is produced in an accurate and timely manner and to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities will include…
o Assisting with corporate insolvency cases, liaising with clients, creditors and other interested parties
o Drafting reports and proposals detailing client information relating to their financial situation
o Supporting the Cashiering team, including preparing bank reconciliations
o Providing marketing assistance, including event organisation as well as the design of marketing material
o Ad hoc tasks photocopying, scanning and filing documents, as well as dealing with incoming calls
The company are looking for two talented administrators, one to work on a full-time basis, the other on a 6 month contract. The full time role will also encompass supporting the corporate recovery business development team.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong academic background, with some experience within corporate environments, ideally professional services. You must be able to demonstrate a results-focused outlook as well as excellent client awareness and service including a courteous manner and good telephone skills. The role will suit an individual able to use initiative to accomplish tasks in a timely and efficient manner, able to work cooperatively as part of a team, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong IT ability plus good typing and word processing skills will also be required.
With almost 3500 partners and staff across 34 offices generating a fee income of over £300 million, and having recently undergone an exciting rebrand, you would be joining one of the 3 principal mid-market accountancy firms at a particularly interesting time.
