Administrator – 12 Month FTC
Based in Walsall, West Midlands

A leading provider of customer process management services is currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract at their Walsall Head Office. This role is key in providing a first class support service to Meter Readers across Staffordshire and Cambridgeshire. You will primarily be tasked with collating, validating and processing meter readings in an efficient and timely manner, as well as liaising with colleagues and contractors on meter installations and repair levels of service. You will play a key role in ensuring department performance standards are met whilst providing a superior level of customer service at all times.
o Excellent administration skills, particularly data entry and report writing
o A strong communicator with previous customer service experience
o Highly organised, able to prioritise activities and multi-task, with particularly strong attention to detail
o Well educated, with minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE
o Good IT skills
