Administrator (Insolvency Cashier)
Based in London (EC4)

One of the most progressive and entrepreneurial professional services firms in the UK today are currently recruiting for an Administrator at their London office. Your role would entail providing a high standard of administrative support within the company’s Restructuring & Recovery department, ensuring all work is produced in an accurate and timely manner and to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities will include…
– Supporting the Cashiering team, including opening and closing bank accounts, raising payments, preparing bank reconciliations, posting entries
– Producing statutory receipts and payment accounts in accordance with insolvency rules and regulations
– Organising client documents, distributing mailshots, and producing documents
– Ad hoc tasks photocopying, scanning and filing documents, as well as dealing with incoming calls
The ideal candidate will come from a strong academic background, and some experience within corporate environments (ideally professional services) would be a big advantage. You must be able to demonstrate excellent client awareness and service including good telephone skills, be able to use your own initiative to accomplish tasks in a timely and efficient manner, plus be able to work cooperatively as part of a team, Excellent attention to detail as well as A results focused outlook and good typing and word processing skills will also be required.
You will be a courteous, enthusiastic and well organised individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Excellent IT ability will be required, with good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
