We’re looking for a talented Area Manager to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of working within a care service audited by CQC.

The Role:
The Area Manager role is field-based. Reporting to the Regional Manager and covering the London region, you will be primarily responsible for the commercial responsibilities of the portfolio of services, ensuring that budgets are adhered to.
You’ll also be tasked with the following:
– Ensuring that good or outstanding support is provided by the delivery teams
– Organically growing the portfolio within a 30 mile radius of the services
– Working with the Mobilisation Manager to integrate new business into the portfolio
– Working with the community engagement to ensure that they work closely with the local community

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Area Manager role will have relevant experience of working within a care service audited by CQC.
You’ll also need experience of:
– Developing and delivering continuously improving services
– Financial management and budgetary planning
– Identifying opportunities to open new services
It’s also really important that you possess level 5 diploma in Health and Social Care.
You will also need to possess the ability to be a Registered Manager.
You’ll also need to be the following:
– Highly numerical
– Personable
– Commercially astute

The Package:
Basic salary: £40,000 – £40,500 per annum depending on experience
