We’re looking for a talented Area Manager to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of managing a service that supports young adults with complex needs.

The Area Manager role is field-based. Reporting to the Regional Manager and covering the Poole region, you will be primarily responsible for a 13 BEd residential and respite service for 18 to 25 year old based just outside of Poole, Dorset.
You’ll also be tasked with the following:
– Providing outstanding support and ensuring all delivery team comply with legislation, systems, processes and policies
– Organically growing the delivery portfolio across a 30 mile radius
– Working with the local community to implement things that will benefit the wider community
– Ensuring rota’s are monitors
– Taking responsibility for the management accounts
– Reviewing the service
The ideal candidate for the Area Manager role will have relevant experience of managing a service that supports young adults with complex needs.
You’ll also need experience of:
– Managing a team of managers
– Care And Support planning
– Financial management
In addition, it’s essential that you possess a nursing qualification – either RGN, RNLD or RMN and are a natural leader with a good commercial understanding.

Basic salary: £45,000 – £45,500 per annum depending on experience
