Area Manager Trouble shooter RGN or RMN – Covering Sussex
Salary Negotiable – Monday to Friday Full Time

The Role
We have an exciting new role that has become available for a group of Care Homes that are based throughout Sussex. These homes provide care for the Elderly including Dementia and Alzheimer’s You will be overseeing multi sites and travel to a number of homes to assist with CQC quality standards and ensuring company’s policies and procedures are all up to date You will need to be a qualified nurse with a current PIN with at least 4 years nursing experience.

The main purpose of the role is to assist in improving and maintaining Care Management Standards of the homes

  • To be the named person for all external quality audits
  • Strong experience of running a nursing home or multiple homes
  • Managing and prioritising your time effectively and efficiently
  • A strong understanding of CQC compliance and company’s policies and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to be adaptable and flexible
  • Experience in trouble shooting crisis management

The Person
The successful person for this role must have a passion working within the health and social care with and adaptable and flexible nature that is happy to travel between sites in the region. You will need to be a Registered Nurse RGN RMN or RNLD with a current PIN and have NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
