We’re looking for a determined and driven individual with a burning desire to grow a territory, ideally with experience of either selling software into end users or experience of working for a lettings agency, to join our client in the position of Area Sales Manager.

The Area Sales Manager role is field-based. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and covering the SL and RG postode regions, you will be primarily responsible for selling payment software into letting agencies and property companies for the Slough and Reading regions
Specifically in the job, you will be responsible for:
– Sourcing a number of letting agencies in your local area
– Creating visits with local lettings agencies
– Consulting with the letting agencies and presenting an effective solution
– Managing the sales process and closing when the opportunity is right
– Achieving all sales targets and ensuring all reporting is up-to-date
The ideal candidate for the Area Sales Manager role will have demonstrable, relevant experience of either selling software into end users or experience of working for a lettings agency.
In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following:
– New business generation skills
– The ability to consult and manage a long sales cycle
– Effective closing experience
– Territory management
– Good presentation skills
This opportunity could be perfect for you if you have a background as any of the following: Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Account Manager, Regional Sales Executive.
Basic salary: Up to £28000 per annum for the ideal candidate.
Bonus: An annual bonus of up to £30000 is also available if you hit your personal targets.
