Area Team Leader (Supported Living) located the Manchester and surrounding areas – Salary £21,188 to £25,888 plus bonus and benefits – 39 hours per week plus sleep-in duties , overtime and on calls as directed

The Role: You will be responsible for leading, directing, deploying & supporting Team / Assistant Team Leaders and team(s) of support workers to assist in the provision of a range of social, emotional, educational, physical and life skill experiences for people who have a Learning Disability and/or Autistic Spectrum Condition. The is done on a multi-site basis. You will be accountable to the Registered Manager

The Candidate;
Needs to be used to working within the supported living or domiciliary sector and use to working within a face paced service. Experience in Learning Disability and Autism is an advantage and you must demonstrate strong leadership skills and enforcing personal development amongst the team. You must be flexible to do sleep-ins, overtime and on calls as directed

The Company;
Is one the UK’s providers in delivering specialist services for adults with learning disabilities including the Autistic spectrum. The have over 20 years’ experience and offer a domiciliary and supported living service. Other duties will involve:

  • Assessment, implementation and coordinating of packages and rota’s
  • Periodic review and writing of reports
  • To maintain financial affairs of the people in the supported houses
  • Audit and review care standards of the homes
