You will be primarily responsible for working without supervision to support learners undertaking an apprenticeship framework or standalone NVQ.
This is a field-based role covering the Liverpool region, where you’ll report to the Managing Director and will be tasked with the following:
– Supporting the functional skill delivery on apprenticeship frameworks
– Carrying out the assessment of learners against national occupational standards
– Supporting candidates in identifying opportunities for the collection of portfolio evidence
– Contributing to the establishment of relationships and the development of partnerships with employers and representative bodies
What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who’s got a background in assessing apprenticeships. They’ll also need you to have experience of delivering functional skills in the workplace.
In addition, you’ll need a1 or equivalent and a teaching qualification.
We need you to be able to work autonomously and be able to manage your workload effectively.

What can I earn?
This Assessor position offers an attractive basic salary of up to £34,000 per annum.
On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus if you hit your targets (details of which will be revealed on application).
