Assistant Team Leader (Harrogate)
Supported Living – Learning Disabilities
£18k to £20k
37.5 (shifts pattern and weekend)
You will be responsible for working closely with the Team Leader within a supported living service. My client is developing a number of new supported living services within the Harrogate area helping to support people with learning disabilities live an independent life. Your main responsibility will be to work as a team and help develop the service.
As the Assistant Team Leader it is essential that you have had experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health before previously. Ideally you will have a qualification or degree in psychology, an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
– To ensure clients are in receipt of the correct benefits in the service
– To ensure the team are working well together and organising the rotas
– To ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed
– To liaise with management on a daily basis
