We’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of selling solution based engineering services.

The Role:

The Business Development Manager role is field-based. Reporting to the Sales Director and covering the South East region, you will be primarily responsible for selling services that help companies manage environmental risk. This will include consultation, policies, manpower, procedures and equipment.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

  • Managing and growing existing customers
  • Generating new business
  • Selling 6 year contracts at C level with an order value of over £100k

    The Candidate:
    The ideal candidate for this Business Development Manager role will have relevant experience of selling solution based engineering services. You’ll also need experience of creating a clear business development strategy.

    The ideal person for the role will be the following:

  • Dynamic
  • Someone with a pro-active attitude
  • Someone who can spot opportunities
  • Somone with a natural consultative selling style

    The Package:
    Basic salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum
    Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £6,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
