My client is the UK’s leading home furniture rental provider, specialising in designing and furnishing residential property interiors and they are now looking to recruit an additional Business Development Consultant .
The Business Development Consultant will be required to build relationships with Sales and Lettings agents throughout Central & Northern London, selling the concept of using my clients portfolio of services. You will be required to make your appointments and attend meetings to convert new business, arrange and hold higher level agency group meeting to develop the client relationships and continue to keep your clients updated with all new services.
The Business Development Consultant role is key to my client and will have an element of account management with new business being 80% of the role. Initially until you build your portfolio of clients, this will be a 100% new business role

You will be a dynamic individual, able to conduct yourself in a professional manner and have the ability to hold down a business conversation. This is a consultative/solution sales role and your success will be measured by your ability to build relationships and maintain them.
To be considered for this role, you must have Field Sales experience and a stable work history. Experience or a keen interest in the property/rental market would be advantageous however you will be considered if you have sold a 3rd party service in the past
Salary: £28,000-£33,000 per annum
OTE: £40,000 uncapped
Car Allowance: £4,000 (although a car is not required)
