Due to growth my client, a global company based in Bristol, are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their sales team and take responsibility for delivering new business to senior level executives from fortune 500 companies.
I am looking for a Business Development Executive to proactively prospect in order to identify a strong pipeline of new business selling the companies range of global events and technology services.
In the role, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for building strong and enduring personal relationships with new clients, making sure to build a clear understanding of the decision making process and key stakeholders for each new client. You will be required to successfully research client, product and industry, to build a complete understanding for each new prospect.
The successful candidate for the Business Development Executive will:
- Have a minimum of 2 year’s sales experience is essential
- Be a dynamic individual with excellent business development skills
- Have a consultative sales approach
- Be intelligent, professional, determined and a motivated individual who is not afraid to work hard to deliver results and enjoy winning business
Based in Bristol, the company have been established for over 20 years and employ 260 staff globally with revenues of £25 million per year with a 15% growth year on year.
The company pride themselves on listening to their clients and use their collective knowledge, skills and products to build viable pipeline for business success.
The basic salary for the Business Development Executive is up to £30,000 with a realistic first year OTE of £60,000 increasing to £115,000 in year three. In addition you will receive 28 days holiday and additional time off over Christmas and New Year period, an additional half day’s holiday on the day of your birthday.
