Business Development Manager
£43000 plus bonus, Car, Laptop and Phone.
Location: Midlands East – Newark to Essex
Your main objective is to provide Business Development to Domiciliary care providers throughout your region. There are many tasks incorporated into the position of a Business development manager within the Home Care Sector;
• To advise and guide new business owners with the initial registration of a domiciliary care branch.
• To achieve new business targets working with new and existing customers.
• To assist in the implementation of new business plans.
• To prepare reports and attend meetings with directors to present your development structures throughout the country
You will have been in similar role for business development within social care, preferably within the domiciliary care sector. You as the business development manager will need to be charismatic and a strong motivator and a strong business understanding, also being able to manage you own targets.
Also holding a cleaning driving licence and clear DBS.
