Tell me more about the role…
In the role you will be tasked with selling innovative, technology-based food & beverage solutions to large, corporate end user accounts.
This is a field-based role with extensive travel covering the North West region (ideally based from an ‘M62 corridor’ location), with responsibility for designing and delivering each turnkey solution on a client by client basis – this is not a ‘one size fits all’ offering by any stretch of the imagination.
Your remit spans the whole sales process from lead generation, identifying and targeting the initial client, writing and signing of the contract and implementation.
What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who, first and foremost, has experience of high value solution sales and with a medium-long, complex sales process.
You’ll also need you to have experience of either the technology sector or consumer goods / capital equipment markets and have worked with and influenced multiple stakeholders – both internally and externally.
It’s also really important that you possess exceptional proposal and contract writing skills and an outstanding ability to present to all levels.
You will also need to be a ‘hunter’ by nature and be able to demonstrate both success and stability in your career.
If you’ve got all of that, then you could be perfect for this Business Development Manager role and we’d love to see your CV.
What can I earn?
This Business Development Manager position offers an attractive basic salary of circa £45,000 per annum for the perfect candidate and an OTE of £75k with uncapped earning potential.
the role also comes with a car or car allowance (circa £5k) and 25 days holiday.
Tell me a bit about the hiring company…
Established more than 50 years ago, they are a leading provider of food and beverage solutions across multiple sectors.
They’re a company at the forefront of their industry and there is great opportunity to progress internally.
