Tell me more about the role…
You will be primarily responsible for selling a suite of services designed to improve drivers and their behaviours.

Working from home, you’ll report to the Director and will be tasked with the following:
– Identifying potential new customers
– Growing existing accounts through introducing new solutions
– Reporting internally on findings within the market
– Achieving a sales target of circa £300k to £400k per year
– Managing a sales process from start to finish


What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who’s got a background in selling a service, concept or solution.

They’ll also need you to have experience of both expanding existing accounts as well as strategically developing new opportunities.

Plus, you’ll need some experience of selling to multi-level decision makers, including some global clients.

You’ll also need to be the following:
– Dynamic
– Able to work well within an academic culture
– Able to spot opportunities and be commercially driven to fill them

What can I earn?
This Business Development Manager position offers a basic salary between £45,000 – £50,000 per annum.

On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus of up to £40,000 per annum if you hit your personal targets.

In addition you’ll get other benefits which include flexible holidays including Christmas week off and pension.
